IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO WIN..

From the words of vince Lombardi which says "winning isn't everything, but wanting to win is. " This is a very deep statement.  For me, it means it is not enough to win but the will to win. Some people will relax because they feel just winning is enough. Take for example the English premier league. Winning has to be your watchword if you intend to lift the trophy or even remain in the league. The will and determination to win goes along with consistency and focus on the desired result.... A burning desire to achieve your goal is the first step towards success.

Action more than words..

Just like marketing a product, everyone presents themselves in the most pleasant and admirable way. People always tend to present the good side and never mentioning the other side. That's not wrong anyway because no one will speak ill of themselves. However, I won't want you to ponder on trying to know someone from the words of their mouth. Talk is cheap, they will only tell what will be pleasant to your hears. After the acquaintance, Just relate freely and watch closely. You will know the person's true colour. Pretending can't be sustained for long. Their actions and how they relate with others will tell you who they. ..... Actions speak louder than words.

The raining season is not very helpful for ministries departments and agencies responsible for civil works and road maintenance. “We have seen what is happening on a global scale. We had made some plans to forestall these kind of things. “We have identified 61 critical intervention spots across the country following my tour in the first quarter but we did not get the budgetary support to make that intervention. So we are constrained. “You will remember I had also spoken on the need for a conting
