As at 10:10 pm 17th April there are 493 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.

PDP Convention fallout: Dickson begs Adeniran, Mantu, others

The National Reconciliation Committee of the People’s Democratic Party led by Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa on Tuesday visited some aggrieved members as part of efforts to forge a post-convention reconciliation within the party. Among the party members visited by the Dickson team was former National Chairmanship aspirant, Prof. Tunde Adeniran, Special Adviser Media Relations to Governor Dickson, Mr Fidelis Soriwei, revealed in a statement in Abuja. Also visited by Dickson were former Deputy Senate President, Sen. Ibrahim Mantu, a former Minister of Information and Orientation, Prof Jerry Gana, and former Minister of Women Affairs, Hajia Ina Ciroma, who contested for the position of Deputy National Chairman, North. The Story Behind Why Money is Scarce

 Long time ago in a community called Aye, there were three famous children of the same parent known as Money, Respect, and Scorn. They were all living peacefully in the community until death struck and Honour died,a befitting burial ceremony was organized for Honour and infact the king insisted that Honour should be buried in his backyard. This explains why we always honour the king till today.  In the course of time, Scorn died and she happened to be a female and the women insisted that she should be kept on their laps. This can testify to why great men and nations can crumble for the sake of a woman. Thereafter Money also died but one unique quality of money is that he was too proud. Hence it was difficult to see him in one piece. The legs and arms were found but no one found the head of Money. This is the reason why until today we are still looking for Money.
