British Airways Cancels Abuja Bound Flights.

English Aviation routes has dropped its flight which was supposed to show up in Abuja in the early long periods of Saturday.

The development comes after a BA83 departure from London-Heathrow to the Nnamdi Azikiwe Worldwide Air terminal (NAIA), Abuja, was out of nowhere redirected to Lagos.

Travelers impacted by the crossing out and redirection regretted that there was no sufficient notification.

However BA gave no real excuse to the choice, the redirection of the flight probably won't be detached with the dread alarm in Abuja, with a few unfamiliar missions giving travel admonitions to their residents.

However, the return departure from Abuja to London left regularly, it was learnt.There was no authority proclamation from the English Aviation routes at the hour of recording this report.

The need for journalists to examine issues impartially and cover such issues with inclusivity, reflecting on diverse perspectives which will in turn contribute to peace-building and social change was highlighted at a five-day intensive training on Common Ground Journalism for Journalists from Bayelsa, Rivers and Delta States, with the theme ‘A Community Centered Approach to Transforming Criminality and Violence in the Niger Delta” held in Warri, Delta state. Architect defiles niece, 5, appears in court

A 34-year-old architect, Abiodun Akinpelu, who allegedly defiled his five-year-old niece, on Wednesday appeared before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos. Akinpelu, who resides at No. 29, Mayowa St., Orelope in Egbeda, a Lagos suburb, is facing a two-count charge of defilement and indecent assault. The offence, according to the Prosecutor, Insp. Clifford Ogu, was committed on Sept. 4 at the apartment of the accused. The accused indecently assaulted her by fingering her, Ogu told the court. “He lured the girl into his room, carried her on his laps and started fingering her. “The grandmother, while bathing the girl, discovered that she cries as she washes her private part. “The girl narrated everything that the uncle did to her to her grandmother,” he told the court. The prosecutor said the accused was arrested and handed over to the police. The offences contravened Sections 1375 and 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
