The tale called LIFE!

Image
They called me wise when I said little, and a god when I bled in silence. My name once rang like thunder in rooms where power kissed greed on the cheek, but I have lived long enough to learn that thunder never lingers. I have worn crowns that fit like curses, and held hands that trembled with betrayal even as they fed me figs. I’ve tasted the salt of every ambition, swallowed empires whole just to find the hunger never left. You think life rewards the loud? No, it humbles the loud and forgets the quiet. It smiles as you climb and sharpens the blade for when you fall. And fall you must? For no man outruns the gravity of meaninglessness. I buried love with laughter. Chased legacy down alleys lit by ego. And when I found her Legacy, she was just a girl selling echoes of my name for pennies on a street corner where no one stopped to listen. I built kingdoms in people. I was a monument in the hearts of many, until rain came, the kind that washes away memory and leaves only mud where marble...

A WORLD WE CRAVE

Image
Let us build a world, warm and kind, where tolerance blooms, and hearts unbind. No fear of judgment, no scornful gaze, just unity in our diverse ways. For in the freedom to believe, we see a world that thrives in harmony. The strength of faith, in its many hues, creates a bond that none can lose. May we stand together, hand in hand, in a world where love and respect expand. For every belief, every voice, every prayer, deserves the grace of peace in the air.

WHEN WE SLEEP...

Image
Life is fleeting, woven with stories of struggle and triumph, A dance between dreams fulfilled and hope that whispers of a brighter tomorrow. We journey to shape a better world for ourselves, for friends, for family, Driven by the quiet belief that someday, all our striving will bear fruit. At times, we question the path — why we live only to fade — But such answers lie beyond our reach, written by hands far greater than ours. The world spins on, a balance of light and shadow, Each soul leaving its mark upon the earth, like footprints upon shifting sands. Our words, our deeds, the lives we've touched, In time, they become echoes — cherished memories, or reminders of pain. When we pass, others speak our name, But it’s the silent gestures, the unspoken expressions, that linger most, A smile that beams in the heart, a memory that rises like the dawn. Though we may seem to forget, It’s not forgetfulness, but a tender shield, Protecting us from drowning in the sorrow of absence. May the...

Tragically, in 2019, she was involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident where she struck and killed a 91-year-old Holocaust survivor with her truck. McKinney fled the scene, abandoning her truck near the Hollywood Burbank Airport. Detectives were unsure ho...

Unspoken Words

Image
In the tapestry of life, where words are threads delicately woven, A careless utterance can unleash storms, hearts broken, spirits trodden. Yet, the silence of unspoken sweetness, a lamentable refrain, Leaves regrets lingering, like echoes in the rain. Speak, oh speak! Let not affection lie dormant in your chest, For tomorrow's sun may rise, but yesterday's words find no rest. In the garden of moments, sow the seeds of kindness, let them bloom, So the soul may dance amidst the petals, in love's fragrant perfume. Let not praise and admiration linger in the shadows of doubt, But like stars in the night sky, let them sparkle, let them shout. For in the tapestry of memories, let the echoes of your words resound, A symphony of affection, in hearts forever bound.

Our diversity, Our Strength.

The Story Behind Why Money is Scarce

Long time ago in a community called Aye, there were three famous children of the same parent known as Money, Respect, and Scorn. They were all living peacefully in the community until death struck and Honour died,a befitting burial ceremony was organized for Honour and infact the king insisted that Honour should be buried in his backyard. This explains why we always honour the king till today.  In the course of time, Scorn died and she happened to be a female and the women insisted that she should be kept on their laps. This can testify to why great men and nations can crumble for the sake of a woman. Thereafter Money also died but one unique quality of money is that he was too proud. Hence it was difficult to see him in one piece. The legs and arms were found but no one found the head of Money. This is the reason why until today we are still looking for Money. This story is extracted from the narrative of Orlando Owo on his track titled Money Palava.

The Pull Down Syndrome

Image
Life is a funny tale full of deceits and false truth. Lies now parades the street disguised as truth while truth walks around naked and unwelcomed. I posted a piece  about works of the flesh form Galatians 5: 19-21 which expansiated on  the activities of the lower nature.  The truth is man cannot help himself if he's depending on his works or ability to practice restraint. Whatever attempts he makes outside Christ will be brought to nothing by Mr Flesh. The sinful nature is ever ready to do evil which is contrary to what the spirit wants. Hence there is always a strive between these two on how man should act. The choice taken by man based on who rules in his life is the ends result.  I'm not in anyway justifying sin but what do you think is the best approach to a fallen Man. If only men knew how wretched they are in the sight of God,they will be careful when condemning others. If God in his gracious mercy can give Adam and Eve a second chance. How much more thi...

The preliminary of Tomato in Salem, New Jersey. Indeed, tomato, those succulent red things you make stew with, put in burgers or in your plates of mixed greens. All things considered, red means risk.It was likewise called a "corrupt" food because of its gentle sexual enhancer properties, the tomato didn't get a lot of adoration between the 1500's - 1800's.
